Job Summary:
Page Springs Cellars, a leading boutique vineyard, winery and bistro in the Verde Valley of Arizona, is looking for a well-rounded, experienced General Manager to head operations at a 10k winery with 30 acres of vineyards, a large Wine Club, a thriving tours and events program, and a gourmet bistro.

Candidates must have strong leadership, managerial and communication skills and the ability to coordinate, develop and guide several core department managers and a total of 60 (60% Part-time) employees. Applicants must have a diverse background in financial management, grape and wine production, facility management, hospitality, wine club development and support, and restaurant management. 10 years minimum experience required at a winery with similar programs or a combination of winery and restaurant background.

Base salary at national industry mean (well above average for Arizona) with full benefits and financial performance-based incentives.
